At Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle Annex, we are known for our take on the Jiro Ramen Jiro Style Ramen, is the Tonkotsu Soup porkbased, thick noodles, pork back fat, a mountain of garlic, and an even bigger mountain of bean sprouts to top it off The combination of pork broth and the thick noodles is like none other, and we are sure that you will enjoy the richness that makes our ramen even more flavorful and savory Due to its richness, the broth is served in a smaller bowl than the bowl used for the noodles We also serve vegan ramen! Try our Tsukemen, buns, annexstyle dry style, and more! Located on Sawtelle Blvd, we service the Santa Monica, Mar Vista, Venice, and surrounding West LA communities

A strong waft of boiling broth will greet you as you enter a cozy, traditional counter-based ramen shop. They traffic in rich (very rich) broth, thick noodles and heaping portions - the smaller size of two is generally more than enough for all but the largest of appetites. One of the standouts in a street already renowned for ramen in the area.

Extremely filling. The broth is fairly thick and salty but also delicious. I got the regular ramen, which had thick and tasty noodles. At the annex you put your name on the list outside, are called to order, then wait until they have room to seat you. Expect to wait more than 30 minutes if you have a party of 3 or more. Inside there is a bar and 3 tables for 2, nothing more. They rushed us to pay our bill when we were still halfway done.Cash only.
