After a successful 6-month run as our restaurant-in-residence, the highly acclaimed Alma has taken over food and drinks for The Standard, Hollywood, from the restaurant inside the hotel to the pool deck and room service. Their delicious, locally-sourced dishes and cocktails are inspired by the landscape and terroir of Southern California, with ingredients sourced from local farmers.
